Welcome to the Stockton-on-Tees Children's Services Procedures Manual

Welcome to the new Stockton-on-Tees Children's Services online procedures manual. It is the single location for all Stockton-on-Tees Children's Services policies and procedures and replaces all previous versions. Managers must ensure that any old/previous versions of policies and procedures are removed/deleted from circulation and archived.

The procedures will continue to be updated. Please check regularly/register for any updates (see Register for Updates Button below), including checking the manual's Local Resources section.

We hope that you will find the new features and functionality of this new platform useful. Please see 'Using this Manual' for details about the way this manual works.

Note: We would like to acknowledge that in Stockton on Tees, we use the term 'Children in Our Care' however, on occasion the terminology used in the procedures may refer to 'Looked After Children'.
